Thank you all IAGC members who contributed towards the amendment of bylaws and the approval of Board of Trustees (BOT). Many of these amendments were long overdue. We would like to acknowledge the hard work of our EC members and the Election Committee, who worked tremendously hard to complete this milestone. Please join us in congratulating the entire IAGC team, Election Committee (Mrs. Nibedita Chatterjee, Dr. Jyotika Fernandes, and Dr. Pruthvi Katikaneni) and above all, every IAGC member for making this historic moment possible. IAGC Bylaws Amendments Electronic Voting Results
After implementing a virtual voting process and careful review of voter submissions, the IAGC Election Committee presents the following results and outcomes.
237 members were invited to vote on the proposed by-law amendments. For a vote to be considered valid, at least 25% (59) of those members must vote. A total of 86 member submissions were received, validating the results below.
All proposed amendments to these by-laws have been passed with quorum.
